We provide a fair pricing model that is based on functional Modules. While the Basic Module is always part of the subscription, all other modules can be booked on demand. Like this, you pay only for what you really need.

Central and secure management of all member data and any number of groups (e.g. national associations, local groups, departments, dojos, studios, chapters, training groups) with independent group leaders and clear authorizations. Differentiated control over who can view or edit which content. The octahub mobile app is part of the Basic Module.

Basic Module

Create your membership structure with groups and subgroups.
Assign each group a group leader who can manage their own group.
Invite members to the groups or import several at once with our bulk import.
Get a quick overview of your organization's cash flows.
Keep track of your members with numerous filter options and a clear display.
Create as many membership plans as you want with monthly or annual payment options.
Allow free trial periods during which your potential new members can access selected content.
Make the free Octahub app available to all your members. This app provides access to all relevant information (membership status, achievements, graduations (in progress), and purchased multimedia content).

Digital recording and documentation of individual Achievements. Automated documentation for activities, exams, training, etc. Transparent presentation of personal progress for members. Viewable at any time via the mobile app.

Achievements

Create achievements such as seminar participation, first aid courses, basic courses, advanced training.
Add a picture and text.
Assign the achievement(s) to selected members.
(Future:) Link achievements to courses or events and automatically assign them to participants.
Use achievements like a digital membership pass.
Clear presentation of your achievements in the Octahub app.
Link graduations to achievements (e.g. participation in two instructor training courses and a first aid course)
The Achievements module is a prerequisite for the Graduation module!

Flexible provision of digital content (video clips, PDF). Learning programs for graduation/certification levels. Examination programs (e.g. for belt or certification examinations). Topic-specific information packages for specific member groups.

Multimedia

Provide your members with selected multimedia content (video clips, PDF).
Organize the content in a clear folder structure and create any number of offers (paid or free).
Provide free content to new members.
Link the availability of content to achievements or graduations.
Members can access their content via the Ocatahub app.
